uraudience

Find the people who buy from you, and where to reach them.

uraudience turns a plain description of your business into named audiences, the places those people spend their time, and a short list of things to do first. It is built for owners who have a product and no marketing department.

01Three questions, one report

Every report answers the three questions an owner keeps coming back to, in plain words, in this order.

Who buys from you

Three to five named audiences, each described as a person rather than a label. What they want, what frustrates them, what makes them buy, and what stops them, with a line to answer it.

  • Share of the opportunity, as a range
  • A confidence mark on every audience

Where they spend their time

Platforms ranked for each audience, the days and hours they are easiest to reach, offline places worth your time, and a sketch of your service area if you are local.

  • Ranked, never just listed
  • A week-by-hour reachability grid

How to reach them

Channels ranked for your goal with a note on effort and return, message angles and formats that fit each audience, a budget split, and your first ten actions.

  • Each action fits in one sitting
  • A budget split you can argue with

02Change the goal, change the plan

The goal you pick reweights the whole report: which audiences come first, which channels rise, where the money leans, and which ten actions you get. Pick one to see what moves.

Channels that move up

  • Google Search
  • Facebook
  • Google Maps and Business Profile
  • Nextdoor

Channels that move down

  • Email

Audiences first
People who are easiest to reach for the first time.
The budget
Leans toward turning interest into sales.
Section order
Sections keep their usual order: who, where, how, then the rest.
First ten actions
Drawn from the actions written for this goal, so the list itself changes.

These are the rules every report follows. Your own report lists the exact changes in a panel called "What your goal changed".

03Read a finished report first

Two invented businesses have complete reports you can read now, with no form to fill in. One is a local heating and cooling company. The other sells supplies online.

The map shows how a report thinks about place: groups of people, drawn where they are, around the business at the center. It is a sketch, not data.

04In their words

PlaceholderTestimonial slot
This space is saved for a business owner who has used the finder and agreed to be quoted, in their own words.
Placeholder. No customer has been quoted yet, and we will not invent one.

Nobody outside the team has been quoted yet. We would rather show an empty slot than a made-up quote.

Start with one sentence

Say what you sell and who buys it. The finder asks a few more questions, then shows your audiences, where to find them, and what to do first.
